Job Role: Large Facilities O&M; Manager

Job Description
- Coordinate with the core team for critical issue resolution related to electrical and utility systems.
- Handle HT/LT power cable laying, tray installation, and earthing systems.
- Work with HT/LT equipment, MCC, PCC, and VFD panels.
- Ensure 100% uptime of utility equipment, network, and electrical facilities.
- Track and close utility alarms within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Record and monitor power consumption of utility equipment.
- Analyze and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for utility equipment.
- Maintain electrical and instrumentation systems in compliance with CEIG standards.
- Lead daily maintenance activities for:
- DG Sets
- Transformers
- HT/LT Switchgear
- MCC/PCC Panels
- Chillers
- UPS Systems
- Carry out Level 2 rectification of utility equipment.
- Monitor the performance and condition of electrical and utility systems.
- Maintain ownership of large facilities, projects,



and operations as per SLA requirements.
- Ensure adherence to required quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of technical and operational issues.

Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of utility equipment and systems.
- Solid knowledge of electrical equipment and maintenance.
- Knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems.
- Understanding of MCC, PCC, VFD panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, and switchgear.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- CEIG (Chief Electrical Inspector to Government) certificate knowledge/requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Technical orientation in utilities and electrical maintenance.
- Ability to manage critical electrical and facility-related issues.
- Good understanding of quality, safety, and SLA requirements.
