Automation Tester
with strong expertise in
Selenium with Java, API automation, framework development, SQL, CI/CD, Rest Assured, BDD, and Playwright with TypeScript
.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust
UI automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java
.
- Develop reusable automation components, utilities, page objects, test scripts, and framework architecture.
- Perform
API automation testing using Rest Assured
, including REST API validation, request/response handling, authentication, and status-code validation.
- Develop and execute automated tests using
BDD frameworks such as Cucumber
, including feature files, step definitions, hooks, and scenarios.
- Develop and maintain
Playwright automation using TypeScript
for modern web applications.
- Perform database validation and backend testing using
SQL queries
.
- Integrate automated test suites into
CI/CD pipelines




and support continuous testing.
- Work with tools such as
Jenkins, Git, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps
for source control and pipeline execution.
- Analyze test failures, identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
- Participate in test planning, test case design, regression testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
- Continuously improve automation coverage, framework scalability, execution time, and overall test quality.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with
