Job Title: HR Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Corporate Office, Bangalore. The role will be responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and day-to-day HR coordination. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and on boarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and business teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave, and other HR-related data.
- Support joining formalities, induction, employee documentation, and exit processes.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and address routine employee queries.
- Coordinate with branches/business teams for HR-related requirements and manpower tracking.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS, recruitment reports,



joining reports, and employee databases.
- Ensure timely completion of HR processes and adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance validation, and coordination with relevant teams.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Coordinate with management on recruitment, employee performance, and other HR requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

1. Experience: 0-3 years of relevant HR experience

2. Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (HR) Mandatory

3. Industry Background: HR experience in NBFC / BFSI / Financial Services / Retail / similar industries preferred

4. Location: Corporate Office, SRR Ujwal Plaza, 3rd floor, Gulla Reddy Layout, opp. Pizza Hut, Chandapura, Bangalore.

5. Work Mode: Work from office (WFO)

6. Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am to 6:30 pm)

7. Notice Period: Serving notice period or maxim
