Key Responsibilities
- Mentor Developers: Coach team members in software solutions, modern technologies, and coding standards.
- Drive Agile Delivery: Lead technical execution within an Agile Scrum framework.
- Promote DevOps: Advance Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps (AZDO)

- Code Review: Review code to ensure compliance with best practices and corporate standards.
- Design Systems: Present, evaluate, and implement scalable design solutions while balancing architectural trade-offs.
- Enforce Principles: Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and core design patterns.
- Event-Driven Systems: Architect and build event-driven systems, managing their specific trade-offs.
- Optimize Quality: Address cross-cutting concerns including performance tuning, application security, scalability, and logging frameworks.
- Database Design: Write, edit, and optimize complex Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) structures in MS SQL.
