Job Role: Billing / Cashier Executive

Job Description
- Handle billing operations accurately at the factory outlet.
- Generate and verify customer bills and invoices.
- Ensure billing accuracy and minimize transaction errors.
- Handle customer payments and maintain proper transaction records.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries and provide positive customer service.
- Manage inward and outward stock-related transactions.
- Verify products and quantities during inward and outward movement.
- Maintain proper records of billing and stock transactions.
- Coordinate with sales and store teams to ensure smooth billing and stock operations.

Key Responsibilities
Billing Accuracy:
- Prepare accurate bills and invoices.
- Verify product details, quantities, prices, and applicable discounts.
- Maintain proper billing records.
- Reconcile billing transactions and resolve discrepancies.





Customer Service
- Assist customers with billing and payment-related queries.
- Provide polite and professional customer service.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Inward / Outward
- Handle inward and outward product entries.
- Verify stock quantities and product details during movement.
- Maintain accurate inward/outward records.
- Coordinate with the store team for stock-related requirements.
