ROLE OVERVIEW

To own the end-to-end performance of Motions books and study material business on Amazon, Flipkart, and emerging e-commerce platforms. Responsible for driving sales of JEE and NEET titles, identifying market opportunities, and working closely with the content team to develop recent book requirements that meet student demand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. E-Commerce Operations Sales - Own daily performance tracking across Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub - traffic, conversion, sales, returns, and cancellations - Manage product listings end-to-end: titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, and keyword-rich metadata for organic ranking improvement - Use tools such as Helium 10 to audit listing quality scores and implement improvements across all active SKUs - Ensure stock availability, timely fulfilment, and co-ordination with the dispatch team for Cocoblu (bulk Amazon vendor) POs every Monday - Raise vendor central invoices within 48 hours of delivery; download and archive Proof of Delivery (POD) documents within 90 days - Manage E-way bills, packing slips,



and ASN (Advance Shipment Notification) in co-ordination with the logistics team

2. Advertising Performance Marketing - Plan, launch, and optimise Sponsored Product (SP), Sponsored Brand, and category campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart - Maintain TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales) pause or restructure campaigns where ROI falls below 3 - Co-ordinate with the Paid Ads team on budget allocation, campaign briefs, and cross-platform performance reviews - Leverage Flipkart-specific affordability tools - EMI, Flipkart Pay Later, cashback offers - to improve conversion rates

3. Market Research Trend Analysis - Continuously research trending JEE and NEET books, competitive titles, and emerging study material categories on Amazon, Flipkart, and academic bookstores - Monitor bestseller rankings, keyword search volumes, and customer review patterns for competing titles to identify unmet demand - Analy
