AV Sales Executive - Pune
Flair Network Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented AV Sales Executive to join our Pune team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, with strong communication, client relationship and lead-generation skills.
Experience in the Audio-Visual (AV) or IT industry will be an added advantage. Candidates with experience working with OEMs, dealers, system integrators and corporate clients are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals and other lead-generation channels.
- Identify and connect with potential corporate, institutional and government clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the pre-sales team to recommend suitable AV solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and client meetings.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial documents in coordination with the internal team.
- Follow up with prospects, manage sales opportunities and work towards closing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, OEMs and system integrators.
- Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams for product information, pricing and solution requirements.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and regularly track leads and opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong lead-generation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/pre-sales teams.
- Experience dealing with OEMs, dealers or system integrators is an advantage.
- Experience in the AV industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
