Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the end-to-end strategy, discovery, delivery, and outcomes for a defined product area. This role goes beyond backlog management-it requires strong customer and market insight, strategic thinking, data-driven decision making,



and cross-functional leadership .

The Senior Product Manager will play a key role in shaping multi-quarter roadmaps, identifying high-impact opportunities, and delivering measurable business outcomes for providers, payers, and partners in the US healthcare ecosystem.

Required Qualifications (must have)
- 12+ years of experience in Product Management , with ownership of complex, customer-facing products.
- Proven experience owning product strategy, discovery, and delivery end-to-end .
- Strong ability to work in ambiguous, cross-functional environments and drive clarity.
- Excellent communication skills-able to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with Agile / Lean product development teams.
- Experience in US healthcare , healthcare IT, SaaS platforms, or regulated domains.
