Role Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic
Business Development Manager
to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing government-sector clients, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in
government client handling / public-sector business development
, preferably within the
education, training, skill development, or related sectors
.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies focused on revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential
government/public-sector clients
.
- Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective government clients and stakeholders.
- Promote company products/services and understand client requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiations, proposals,



and contract closure.
- Prepare sales contracts and ensure compliance with organizational policies and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client interactions.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with government and institutional clients.
- Guide and develop junior sales/business development team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience
in Business Development, Sales, Institutional Sales, Government Sales, or a similar role.
- Mandatory/Preferred: Experience dealing with government clients/public-sector organizations.
- Strong proven sales and business development track record.
- Experience in the
Education / Training / Skill Development
sector will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of market research and business development.
