Job Role: HR Internship

Job Description
- Conduct candidate/customer assessments through Zoom calls.
- Conduct telephonic feedback collection and maintain accurate records.
- Perform data cleaning and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare basic dashboards using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Analyze collected data and identify relevant information for reporting.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of assessment and feedback data.
- Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all data-related activities.
- Communicate effectively with candidates/customers during assessments and feedback calls.
- Coordinate with the QAE team to complete assigned tasks within timelines.
- Support the team in maintaining quality and accuracy of assessment-related data.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic analytical skills.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi.




- Functional English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good data accuracy and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and dashboard preparation.
