Position Overview
Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager,



the Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst provides financial reporting and analysis to the Global Sourcing organization. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and financial process improvements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Support consolidation and reporting of financial information of Global Sourcing, partnering with regional and corporate finance teams.
- Prepare transparent and concise month-end, forecast, and budget reporting packages, along with management commentary.
- Support the monthly close process, including variance analysis and trend analysis.
- Support the submissions of budget and forecast. Reporting & Automation

- Support development of AI agents and AI developments as part of FP&A; best practice development
