nKey Responsibilities
n1. Writing & Content Development

Research, write, edit, and refine content across formats, including social media, website copy, thought leadership, campaign messaging, presentations, blogs, video scripts, emailers, and executive communicationn
Translate complex business and technology topics into explicit, engaging, and structured narrativesn
Support messaging, storytelling, and campaign ideation across client accountsn
Understand client industries, competitors, market trends,



and business context to improve relevance and depth of contentn

n2. Content Quality & Delivery

Ensure all content is accurate, well-written, insight-led, and aligned to client expectationsn
Adhere to delivery timelines and turnaround expectations across multiple projectsn
Minimize errors, rework, and inconsistencies through robust attention to detailn
Maintain high editorial standards with zero tolerance for plagiarism, factual inaccuracies, or careless mistakesn

n3. Collaboration & Responsiveness

Work closely with account managers, designers, strategists, and content leads across projectsn
Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, reviews, and feedback discussionsn
Be responsive, proactive, and cooperative in fast-moving project environmentsn
Support teams during high-priority or time-sensitive delivery situations when requiredn
