Purpose of the Role
To learn and support live table games and gaming floor operations under supervision, while being trained in dealing, game protocols, guest service, and regulatory compliance, with the objective of progressing to a Dealer/Croupier role.

Key Responsibilities
Undergo structured training in dealing procedures for assigned games
Observe and assist licensed dealers/croupiers during live gaming sessions.
Learn correct handling of chips, cards, and gaming equipment as per SOPs.
Understand and follow surveillance, security, and anti-fraud protocols on the gaming floor.
Maintain guest service standards — courteous, attentive, and qualified conduct at all times.
Learn cash/chip reconciliation procedures at table open and close.
Adhere to responsible gaming and regulatory compliance guidelines (state gaming rules, AML checks where applicable).
Attend classroom and on-floor training sessions, complete assessments/evaluations as required.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and grooming standards as per company policy.

Eligibility / Qualifications
Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduate preferred.




Age as per applicable state gaming regulations (typically 21+ years).
Basic English/Hindi communication skills; knowledge of additional languages an advantage.
Positive numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Pleasant personality, presentable, and guest-service orientation.
No prior experience required — freshers eligible.

Skills to be Developed During Traineeship
Game-specific dealing techniques and speed
Odds, payouts, and table limit knowledge
Guest handling and conflict de-escalation
Compliance with internal control procedures and gaming regulations
Teamwork with pit bosses, security, and surveillance staff

Working Conditions
Rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays), as casino operations are 24x7.
Standing for extended periods on the gaming floor.
Work in a high-security, camera-monitored setting.

Traineeship Duration & Progression
Minimum 3 months, subject to performance evaluation.
Successful trainees are absorbed as Dealer/Croupier (Trainee →Trainee Dealer) based on skill assessment.
