n About the Role
nWe’re looking for an Instructional Designer (Early Career) who is ready to build solid, hands-on expertise in eLearning development. In this role, you’ll work within established frameworks and collaborate closely with Senior Instructional Designers and Learning Experience Architects to create engaging, well-structured learning experiences.
nThis is a structured, growth-focused role designed to help you develop core skills in authoring tools, content development, and instructional design. You’ll contribute to real client work while building the foundation needed to grow into more independent design roles.
n What You’ll Do
n Build eLearning Modules
n
n
Develop eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline or Rise with guidance from senior team membersn
Apply interactivity, multimedia elements,



and assessments aligned to defined learning objectivesn
Ensure SCORM compliance and cross-platform functionalityn
Follow templates, design systems, and style guides to maintain consistencyn
Conduct self-reviews and basic quality checks before submissionn

n Create Learning Content & Storyboards
n
n
Translate source materials and SME inputs into structured, easy-to-follow learning contentn
Support the development of storyboards, scripts, and scenario-based learningn
Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately to improve qualityn

n Use Technology & Maintain Quality

Use Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to support content drafting and iterationn
Follow established QA processes and checklists to ensure accuracy and functionalityn
Adhere to defined workflows and timelinesn
Proactively flag risks, gaps, or issues to senior team membersn
