nThe Project Manager will be the single point of contact (POC) for various academic program at the university campus. This role is responsible for on-ground program execution, student engagement, and coordination between the university, faculty, and central delivery teams to ensure a seamless learning experience. The role demands solid ownership, operational rigor, and student-first thinking.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Campus Operations & Program Execution
n
n
Act as the on-campus POC for various degree programs.n
Ensure smooth execution of classes, labs, workshops, and industry sessionsn
Coordinate classroom readiness (digital boards, cameras, mics, internet) for live-streamed sessionsn
Monitor daily schedules, session attendance, and session start/end hygienen

n2. Student Engagement & Support
n
n
Drive student onboarding including orientation, bridge courses, and LMS accessn
Serve as the first line of support for student queries related to academics, schedules, and program deliveryn
Track student participation,



engagement, and early risk indicators (drop-offs, low attendance)n
Proactively communicate significant updates, timelines, and action items to studentsn

n3. Faculty & Stakeholder Coordination
n

Coordinate with on-campus faculty, visiting industry experts, and remote instructorsn
Support faculty with hybrid tools, session logistics, and classroom setupn
Liaise with the central academic, employability, and operations teamsn
Escalate issues with explicit context and proposed solutionsn

n4. Academic & Compliance Hygiene

Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, academic calendars, and delivery standardsn
Maintain records related to sessions, attendance, assessments, and auditsn
Support internal and external audits as required by the programn
