Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations based on client requirements.

- Develop skilled technical and commercial proposals.

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.

- Handle client communication throughout the presales process.

- Negotiate commercial terms and support the sales team in closing opportunities.

- Follow up with customers on submitted quotations and proposals.

- Maintain records of quotations, pricing, proposals, and customer interactions.

- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams for technical and commercial inputs.

- Prepare cost calculations, pricing sheets, and commercial documentation.





- Ensure timely submission of quotations while maintaining accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.

- Generate reports and maintain MIS using Microsoft Excel.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of techno-commercial quotation preparation.

- Experience in proposal and tender documentation.

- Excellent client handling and communication skills.

- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
