Role overview l This is a high-ticket, consultative enrollment role - quality of conversation over quantity of calls. You own the full sales cycle: discovery, counselling, objection handling and closure.

l Consult, don't pitch: understand each candidate's goals, background and ambition, and map the right program to them.

l Confidently articulate the value of a premium offering and hold price with conviction - no racing to the bottom on discounts.

l Manage a longer, relationship-driven cycle with warm, high-intent leads; nurture without dropping momentum.

l Coordinate directly with program and academic teams to drive conversions, and maintain accurate daily MIS on leads, calls and pipeline.

- Comfortable owning targets in a high-value, longer sales cycle,
