Job Summary:

The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for the overall care, safety, and early education of young children (ages 1.5 to 5 years). The role focuses on creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging workplace that supports children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct simple, age-appropriate activities (rhymes, stories, play-based learning)

- Teach basic concepts like alphabets, numbers, colors, and shapes

- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment

- Take care of children’s basic needs and ensure their safety

- Encourage creativity, communication, and social interaction

- Monitor children’s progress and behavior

- Communicate regularly with parents about the child’s development

- Maintain attendance and basic records

Qualifications:

- Minimum: Any Degree

- Preferred: NTT / Montessori / Early Childhood Education (ECE)

Skills Required:

- Patience and love for children

- Good communication skills

- Caring and responsible attitude

- Basic classroom management skills

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
