Role Summary:

A Senior PPC / Performance Marketing Executive with a proven track record running paid media at scale and solid technical command of tracking and analytics, to own paid performance across Google and Meta for multiple RFC verticals.

Role & responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads for Tourism, Hotels, Glamping, MICE, and other verticals
- Own campaign performance end-to-end: budgets, targeting, bidding strategy, creative testing, and reporting
- Set up, audit, and troubleshoot GTM containers and tags; verify conversion tracking is firing and attributing correctly
- Build and maintain performance dashboards; report on CPL, ROAS, and footfall/booking attribution against targets
- Work with the external digital agency on pilot campaigns, media plans, and performance reviews

Preferred candidate profile Must-Have Skills & Tools

- 4+ years of hands-on paid media management with a proven track record (portfolio/case studies expected)
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong,



hands-on command of Google Tag Manager (GTM) building and debugging tags, triggers, and variables
- Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEMrush reporting & analysis
- Technical ability to verify Tag Assistant / conversion tracking setup and confirm conversions are attributing correctly
- Working knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce for lead routing and attribution
