Requirements : Officer / Executive

Experience: 3-8 Years of relevant experience

Job Location: Changodar (Transportation will be provided from specific routes of Ahmedabad)

Role & responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly production plans based on market requirements, dispatch schedules, and available capacities.
- Coordinate with the store and purchase teams to ensure timely availability of RM/PM as per plan.
- Monitor WIP and FG inventories and ensure material availability for batch continuity.
- Track batch progress and deviations; escalate delays with appropriate root cause and corrective actions.




- Maintain and update planning MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- Review and analyze material consumption trends to support inventory control and procurement decisions.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, warehouse, and production teams for batch release timelines and constraint management.
- Participate in monthly S&OP; meetings, demand planning and cross-functional coordination.
- Use SAP/ERP systems for real-time data updates on material movement and planning metrics.

- Technical Skills Required:
- Proficient in SAP/ERP systems, Excel & planning tools
- Knowledge of production processes and RM/PM material flow
- Strong coordination and communication skills
