Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented PPIC Executive to support production planning, material availability, inventory control, and coordination between Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and other departments to ensure smooth and timely manufacturing operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Production Planning
- Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on sales orders, stock requirements, and production capacity.
- Coordinate with Production to ensure timely execution of the production plan.
- Monitor planned vs. actual production and highlight deviations.
- Material Planning
- Check availability of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and other required materials before production.
- Prepare material requirements based on production plans and communicate shortages to Purchase/Stores.
- Follow up on material availability to avoid production delays.
- Inventory Control
- Monitor RM, PM, Bulk, WIP, and Finished Goods inventory.
- Maintain optimum stock levels and identify slow-moving, excess, or shortage materials.
- Coordinate with Stores for stock verification and reconciliation.
- Production Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse/Stores, Purchase, and R&D; for smooth production activities.
- Ensure production schedules are aligned with machine and manpower availability.
- Follow up on pending production orders and batch completion.
- Daily MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly PPIC reports.




- Track production achievement, pending orders, material shortages, inventory status, and production efficiency.
- Provide timely updates to management regarding planning issues and delays.
- Coordination with Purchase & Stores
- Raise material requirements based on approved production plans.
- Follow up with Purchase regarding pending materials and expected delivery dates.
- Coordinate with Stores for material issuance and availability.
- Production Monitoring & Improvement
- Monitor production schedules and identify bottlenecks affecting output.
- Support the team in reducing production delays, material shortages, and excess inventory.
- Suggest improvements in planning and inventory control processes.
- ERP / Excel & Data Management
- Maintain PPIC data in ERP/software and Excel.
- Ensure accuracy of production plans, material requirements, stock data, and reports.
- Maintain proper records for traceability and future planning.

Requirements

- Graduate / Diploma in Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in PPIC, preferably in Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or similar manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of production planning and inventory control.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and preferably ERP/software.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple activities.
