Key Responsibilities

- Provide post-sales technical support for AV and IT solutions.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical assistance.

- Coordinate and support installation, configuration, troubleshooting and integration of AV equipment.

- Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, networking, and AV-related issues.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

- Conduct remote and in office technical support whenever required.

- Provide basic support for video conferencing, displays, headsets, audio systems, and control systems

- Prepare service reports, installation reports, maintenance records, and other technical documentation.

- Follow up with customers after installation to ensure proper functioning of the solution.

- Ensure timely closure of service tickets and customer complaints

Required skills:





- Good understanding of AV and IT equipment and solutions.

- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN/WAN, IP addressing, and connectivity troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of AV systems such as displays, speakers, microphones, video conferencing systems, and control systems.

- Excellent understanding of Windows, hardware and peripheral troubleshooting.

- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Educational qualification:

- Diploma/B.TECH/ BCA/ MCA or in related field.

- 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the AV/IT industry or related field.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
