We are looking for a hands-on Power BI Developer with 4-5 years of experience in developing production-grade dashboards, analytical solutions and semantic models. The candidate will be based at the client location and will work closely with business and hospital stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements, translate them into effective Power BI solutions, and independently manage dashboard development through deployment and adoption. The role requires strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, data modelling and Power BI Service.

The candidate should be comfortable working directly with business users, understanding ambiguous requirements, validating data, explaining analytical outputs and incorporating stakeholder feedback. The candidate will collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Business Analysts and Data Scientists to build reliable and user-friendly analytics solutions for a healthcare/hospital analytics environment. The ideal candidate is a client-facing Power BI professional.

The candidate should be able to understand business problems, identify the right KPIs, translate requirements into a well-designed analytical solution, validate the underlying data and work directly with stakeholders through UAT and deployment.

Experience with healthcare/hospital analytics, Databricks/Data Lake environments and enterprise Power BI implementations will be an advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a related discipline.
- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification (PL-300) is an advantage but not mandatory.
