Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customers after the completion of the sales process.

- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery, installation, and service.

- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of orders.

- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide updates.

- Coordinate with the sales, operations, installation, and service teams.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback.

- Maintain customer records, order details, and follow-up reports.

- Resolve post-sales issues and escalate them when required.

Skills Required:

- Good communication and customer handling skills.

- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

- Problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.

- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage customer expectations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,535.41 per month
