Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and result-oriented Political Campaign Manager who can plan, execute, and manage political campaigns across digital and ground-level platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of political communication, campaign strategy, social media, content planning, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end political campaign strategies.
- Plan campaign objectives, messaging, timelines, and execution plans.
- Manage digital campaigns across social media platforms.
- Coordinate with content, video, design, social media, and ground teams.
- Develop impactful political narratives, campaign themes, and communication strategies.
- Monitor political trends, public sentiment, competitors, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate rallies, events, public outreach activities, and campaign initiatives.
- Track campaign KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Ensure timely execution of campaign activities and deliverables.
- Manage multiple campaigns and ensure smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders.




- Build strategies to increase public engagement, reach, and campaign visibility.
- Handle campaign crises and adapt strategies based on changing political scenarios.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in political campaign management, political consulting, election campaigns, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Indian politics and political communication.
- Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media and digital campaign management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required for campaign activities.
- Experience handling political camapaigns , leaders, or election campaigns will be an advantage.
