Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Podcast Editor and Researcher at Winish Elements. The role involves editing podcast audio episodes, improving sound quality, arranging segments, and ensuring a consistent, professional listening experience.

We work with leading professionals, founders, creators and podcast hosts to build content that people genuinely want to watch. We produce multiple podcasts across business, leadership, health, relationships and culture.

The Podcast Editor and Researcher will conduct topic and market research, prepare interview questions, create episode outlines and show notes into engaging content.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with hosts and internal stakeholders, managing episode timelines, organizing digital assets, and publishing episodes across relevant platforms.

The role also includes tracking basic performance metrics, suggesting content improvements, and maintaining a well-structured archive of episodes and research materials.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust audio editing skills (e.g., using tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar) and an understanding of sound design, noise reduction, and mixing.
- Candidates should possess research and content development skills,



including the ability to gather information from multiple sources, synthesize insights, and prepare episode outlines, questions, and show notes.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial topics accessible language.
- Candidates should possess organizational and project management skills, including time management, attention to detail, file organization, and the ability to meet publishing deadlines in a remote setting.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with podcast distribution platforms and basic analytics, as well as an interest in jewelry, e-commerce, or entrepreneurship.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate virtually with a small team, and adapt to evolving content strategies and priorities.
- Person should be able to make videos,Edit them and upload them on the web.Knowledge Social Media Marketing will be beneficial.
- Google adwords knowledge will be helpfulPerson should be able to create instagram videos You Tube Videos and Podcasts.
- Work on the You tube channel and channels.Video Editing and making knowledge will be helpful.
