1. Domain/CAD Software experience.
Software o Working knowledge in Catia V5 (Surface Modeling)/UG NX o Working Knowledge in Moldflow Domain o Automotive Plastic Trims,
Interior/ Exterior Parts and Aggregates – Vehicle Programme Plan and design gates of product release and product maturation metrics o Plastic Part Product design – Functional requirements and Moldability requirements o Knowledge of Plastic Material o Knowledge Plastic parts manufacturing process, technology and Molds.
o Knowledge of quality requirements for function and aesthetics,
Perceived quality o Knowledge of quality methos applied to assess the part quality.
o Knowledge of Part feasibility recommendation considering the function and moldability o Mold flow analysis o Knowledge of Molding defects and trouble suiting.
o Knowledge of various Automotive quality Standards (VW / Audi / BMW / Peugeot / TML / Chrysler / Daimler)
