Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the overall operations of the beverage manufacturing plant, ensuring productive production and quality control.
- Manage a team of factory managers, supervisors, and workers to achieve production targets and maintain high standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and environmental laws.
Job Requirements :
- Experience in beverage manufacturing or related industry as a Production Head, Plant Head or Factory Manager.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial plants with multiple shifts.
- Strong understanding of Beverage or water treatment production.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams for improved performance.
