Experience: 8+ years of experience in manufacturing management, with a minimum of 2 years in a plant management role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Oversight: o Manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics.

o Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.

2. Team Leadership: o Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

o Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance employee skills and productivity.

3. Quality Control: o Ensure that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

o Implement and maintain quality management systems and processes.

4. Safety Management: o Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and conducting regular safety training and audits.

o Investigate and address any safety incidents or compliance issues.

5. Budget Management: o Develop and manage the plant budget, monitoring expenses and implementing cost-control measures.

o Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure profitability.

6. Process Improvement:



o Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

o Utilize lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Work closely with other departments, such as engineering, supply chain, and sales, to ensure alignment and support business objectives.

o Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

8. Reporting and Analysis: o Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and improvement initiatives.

o Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
