Job Title: AVP / General Manager Plant Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head / Manufacturing Leader to manage and drive end-to-end plant operations. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality and safety standards, optimizing costs, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall plant operations including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Operations Excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency and overall plant performance.
- Manage end-to-end production operations while ensuring quality, cost and delivery targets.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements and statutory regulations.
- Drive EHS, safety and environmental compliance across the plant.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.
- Manage plant budgets,



operating costs and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Lead, mentor and develop plant teams to create a high-performance culture.
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization and technology adoption.
- Work closely with senior management, customers, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Ensure achievement of key plant KPIs related to Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

- 20-26 years of experience in manufacturing / plant operations, with significant experience in plant leadership roles.
- Candidates from Textile / Technical Textile manufacturing companies will be preferred.
- Experience in managing large-scale manufacturing operations and cross-functional teams.
- Strong exposure to Production Management, Quality, Supply Chain, Cost Control and Process Improvement.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma / TPM / Continuous Improvement will be preferred.
- Solid leadership, decision-making, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
