Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the plant to ensure effective allocation of resources.

- Prepare monthly MIS reports on production, sales, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Oversee the preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage material requirements planning to minimize stockouts or overstocking.

- Ensure accurate mis reporting by reviewing and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 4-11 years' experience.

- Robust knowledge of finance principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

- Proficiency in preparing BOMs and managing material requirements planning processes.

- Experience with MIS preparation using various software tools such as Excel or specialized systems.
