Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Conga CLM Developer to design, develop, configure, and support Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Conga CLM implementations, contract lifecycle automation, document generation, approval workflow configuration, data migration, Salesforce Flows, and custom Salesforce development. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, legal teams, architects, and functional consultants to deliver enterprise-grade CLM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conga CLM Development Configuration
- Configure and customize Conga CLM solutions based on business requirements.
- Build and enhance contract request, agreement creation, approval, renewal, and amendment processes.
- Configure contract lifecycle workflows and automation.
- Support deployment and maintenance of Conga managed packages.
- Contract Lifecycle Management
- Implement end-to-end contract lifecycle solutions.
- Support contract creation, negotiation, approval, execution,



renewal, and termination processes.
- Configure business rules and contract automation features.
- Ensure compliance with contract governance requirements.
- Contract Templates Clause Libraries
- Develop and maintain contract templates.
- Configure clause libraries and reusable clause structures.
- Support agile document assembly and template enhancements.
- Collaborate with legal and business teams on clause management requirements.
- Conga Composer Development
- Design and develop document generation solutions using Conga Composer.
- Configure merge templates, reports, queries, and automated document generation processes.
- Troubleshoot template and merge-related issues.
