We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented
Business Development Manager
to drive new business acquisition, build strategic corporate relationships, and contribute to revenue growth across the
hospitality, IT, manufacturing, real estate, media, events, and related sectors
.

The ideal candidate will have a strong corporate sales background, excellent networking capabilities, and a proven ability to identify opportunities, engage senior stakeholders, develop strategic accounts, and close high-value deals. This role requires someone who can independently build a strong pipeline while creating long-term client relationships and expanding the business into new markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities across hospitality, IT, manufacturing, real estate, media, events, and other corporate sectors




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients and strategic accounts
- Develop and execute effective business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, CXOs, brand teams, marketing leaders, and other key corporate stakeholders
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry connections, events, market research, and proactive outreach
- Position the organization as a preferred partner for experiential marketing, corporate events, and related solutions
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and customized solutions
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and commercial pitches
- Lead negotiations and manage the sales process from initial engagement through deal closure
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and develop long-term partnership
