Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other sourcing platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Manage contract and full time IT hiring requirements
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Requirements




- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment
- Mandatory experience in contract hiring (IT/Tech preferred)
- Strong experience in sourcing through LinkedIn and job boards
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively
