AT Production, a creative advertising agency, is seeking a agile and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the overall growth strategy of the organization. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sales, marketing, and client engagement in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling and networking
- Research and identify new business opportunities and potential markets
- Create and deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients
- Manage client relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction
- Prepare and negotiate proposals and sales contracts
- Maintain sales data, reports, and daily activity logs
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute client requirements
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Build brand loyalty through consistent communication and service
Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in advertising/digital marketing)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of advertising and digital marketing services
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic client needs
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Key Details
- Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational weekly off)
- Work Mode: Office-based (WFH allowed in emergency cases)
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
