Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused
Inside Sales Executive
to promote and sell our subscription-based tender information services to domestic and international B2B clients.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills, along with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and lead follow-ups.
- Promote and sell subscription plans for the
TendersOnTime
platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable subscription packages.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and defined KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Stay updated on company products, industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of experience
in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, or B2B Sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Robust negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in
SaaS, subscription sales, B2B sales, government tenders, GeM, or procurement services
is an advantage.
- Strong sales and lead-conversion skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Willingness to work toward challenging sales targets.
