Brief about the Team

The AI Transformations team at Tata 1mg leads innovation in Gen AI to drive healthcare transformation. This team works on strategic, high-impact AI projects across multiple business verticals that aim to deliver high impact.
Responsibilities
- Model Development: Develop, train, and validate ML models (LLMs and other deep neural networks) for a variety of healthcare use-cases, from image analysis to time series forecasting. You will experiment with SOTA architectures using frameworks like HugginFace, PyTorch, Dart etc
- Model Deployment: Deploy ML models as scalable APIs or microservices. Leverage tools like FastAPI to build RESTful endpoints and Docker to containerize applications, ensuring models are robust and performant in production environments.
- Data/Error Analysis Validation: Analyze large datasets (e.g. Inventory/Sales data, Image datasets) to extract patterns and insights that inform model improvements.



Validate model outputs against real-world data and ensure accuracy, reliability of AI solutions.
- Collaboration Reporting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams - from data engineers to business - to gather requirements and deploy solutions. Communicate your findings and model performance through explicit documentation, presentations, and dashboards to drive data-driven decision making.
- Vendor Engagement Collaboration: Work closely with external technology and data vendors to align on solution design, integration, and delivery timelines. Ensure their solutions meet business and technical requirements, and provide feedback or guidance to improve quality and efficiency of joint initiatives.
Requirements
- Programming: Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and machine learning. Familiarity with libraries like pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
- Machine Learning Frameworks: Hands-on experience with PyTorch, scikit-learn, and transformer-base
