Key Responsibilities :
- Manage overall security operations of the factory, premises and employee areas.
- Supervise and control security guards and shift-wise deployment.
- Prepare and maintain security duty rosters and attendance records.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles and materials.
- Ensure proper checking of incoming and outgoing materials and vehicles.
- Maintain visitor registers, gate passes and security records.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance and report any suspicious activity.
- Conduct regular security rounds and inspections of the premises.
- Prevent theft, unauthorized access, damage and other security risks.
- Handle emergency situations, incidents, fire emergencies and security threats.
- Coordinate with local police, fire department and other authorities whenever required.
- Conduct regular briefing, training and discipline checks for security guards.
- Prepare daily security reports and immediately report major incidents to management.
- Support management during emergency evacuation,



employee movements and other critical situations.
- Retired Army / BSF / CRPF / CISF / Police personnel preferred.

Benefits & Relocation Package

The company will provide the following perks to the selected candidate:
- Total Relocation Allowance: USD 500 per month, as an estimated relocation support amount provided by the company.
- Food Allowance: USD 250 per month.
- Rent/Accommodation Allowance: USD 250 per month. The candidate's eligible rent/accommodation expenses will be covered by the company.
- Employment Type: Permanent Role.
- Job Location: Tema, Ghana, Africa.
- Air Ticket: The company will bear the cost of the candidate's air ticket for travel/joining to Ghana
