The Shift Manager plays a critical role in leading store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring outstanding guest experience, team development, and achievement of business goals. This position offers hands-on leadership experience and a clear growth opportunities path.

- Leads Operational Excellence & Guest Experience.
- Handles all guest concerns using LEADS with urgency and empathy.
