- Understand business in-depth and translate business objectives into communication strategy (content/channels/campaigns strategies)
- Ensure coherence across campaigns, channels and time
- Annual & quarterly communication planning
- Brand Management & Governance
- Own and enforce brand identity across all communication touchpoints
- Understand and interpret brand guidelines and apply them contextually
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging & visual language
- Apply India context to all of the above to make the brand accessible to Indian audience
- Digital Marketing
- Own brand tone, visual language, and storytelling across all digital touchpoints
- Ensure website, social platforms,



and digital assets reflect accurate information and consistent brand positioning
- Define digital objectives for each platform and decide on formats
- Review and present KPIs through professional dashboards / reports
- Dealer Marketing
- SPOC for all dealer marketing communications and ensuring timely responses to their marketing support requests
- Educating and partnering with the dealers in their marketing journey towards more self-reliance when it comes to events, exhibitions, digital marketing, customer experience engagements.
- Auditing and rectifying brand identity inconsistency across dealership marketing elements
- Events Marketing
- Planning event calendar with stakeholders and discussing on role and scope for Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC)
- Conceptualizing, planning, executing and managing identified events from ‘point a’ above end-to-end in collaboration with business stakeholde
