Job Summary

You will support the Relationship Manager in donor and prospect acquisition, engagement, reporting, and deal closures across the US and India markets. Working closely with the Development team and campus colleagues, you will manage prospect research, CRM data, proposals, donor documentation, reporting, and engagement activities. Within six months, success will mean maintaining an accurate prospect pipeline and CRM, delivering timely donor reports, and supporting smooth prospect and donor engagement.
Responsibilities
- As part of the development team, support the Relationship Manager with donor and prospect acquisition, engagement and reporting
- Managing Outreach, prospect database, pipeline and process - Working with the RM on outreach in the US India markets and creating the prospect pipeline, nurturing prospects working on deal closures
- Conduct Research on companies, UHNI,



HNI's in the target market
- Engaging existing donors for upsell opportunities
- Update CRM, generate MIS and reports as required
- Manage data and processes
- Creating presentations, proposals and documents for deal closures - Assisting RM in creating powerful and accurate power point and word format proposals for upsell and new prospects
- Liaise with colleagues in the development team and on campus to get the necessary information/updates to get information for proposals
- Maintain an e-library of the above materials for ease of use
- Create and finalise documentation required for prospect closing, including the necessary documentation - MoU, Pledge letters
- Founder/Donor management and reporting
- Managing and ensuring timely and proactive donor reporting processes
- Leading the founder/ donor management processes with required reports and documents including project and scholarship updates, impact assessment
