Job Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Solar Sales Executive
to drive B2B sales and business development for solar power solutions. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, acquiring Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) customers, developing client relationships, and achieving sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and drive B2B Solar Sales.
- Identify and acquire Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) customers.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with industrial clients, consultants, EPC companies, channel partners and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and presentations to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, techno-commercial offers and project presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and customer contracts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales/revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.




- Coordinate with engineering, project execution and O&M; teams for smooth project implementation.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, sales pipelines and business updates for management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and networking meetings.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Solar / Renewable Energy Sales.
- Strong experience in B2B Solar Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in customer acquisition and client relationship management.
- Candidates with Commercial / Industrial or rooftop solar exposure will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, generate leads and achieve sales targets.
