Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer specializing in Layouts. Job Title: Senior Civil Site Engineer Layouts. Location: Gandimaisamma, Hyderabad. Job Type: Full-time.
Responsibilities
- Site Execution: Oversee daily civil construction activities for layout infrastructure.
- Layout Setting Out: Ensure accurate demarcation, leveling, and alignment of plots, roads, and villa footprints.
- Infrastructure Management: Supervise the development of internal roads, drainage, water supply, and underground utilities.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct strict inspections of concrete work, brickwork, finishing, and MEP integration.
- Contractor Labor Management: Coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors, and labor forces to keep the project on schedule.
- Billing Quantity Surveying: Verify contractor bills, track material consumption, and minimize wastage.
- Safety Compliance:



Enforce site safety protocols and ensure work aligns with approved architectural and structural drawings.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 5-10 years in residential civil construction, specifically villas and gated community layouts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading structural/architectural drawings, handling Auto Level/Total Station, and basic AutoCAD.
- Competencies: Solid leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
