Job Role: HR Recruiter

Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse positions, including:
- Pickers.
- Packers.
- Loaders.
- Supervisors.
- Forklift Operators.
- Inventory Associates.
- Shift Coordinators.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and local hiring drives.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with warehouse managers and department heads.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Organize walk-in drives, job fairs, and bulk hiring events.
- Verify candidate documents and coordinate background checks as per company policies.




- Manage onboarding activities, including:
- Offer letters.
- Joining formalities.
- Documentation.
- Induction programs.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company hiring policies.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future warehouse staffing needs.
- Track recruitment performance and provide regular hiring updates to management.
