Job Description for HCM - Helpdesk Functional Consultant
About the Role
Experience: 6-10 Years
Work Mode: Hybrid (Hyderabad/ Bangalore)

Responsibilities
- Work on Oracle HCM Cloud – HelpDesk module.
- Understand business requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Configure HelpDesk, service requests, categories, queues, and workflows.
- Support HR teams in handling employee queries and service requests.
- Perform testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
- Work with technical teams for integrations and data-related activities.
- Prepare functional documents and support user training.
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud HelpDesk.
- Understanding of HR processes and employee service management.
- Experience in HelpDesk configuration and functional support.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Oracle HCM implementation/support experience is preferred.
