About the Job Opening:- Skill: 3-4 End to End Implementation in more than one module Mandatory
- Minimum of seven years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
- successfully managed the end-to-end implementation/ customization of at least two ServiceNow modules like SPM, HRSD, ITAM, AppEngine etc.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
- A strong background of ServiceNow development
- Implement technology specific best practices and standards.
- Evaluation of recent features and produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations. Perform and participate in product road map planning.
- Lead ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.
- Provide excellent customer service, leadership,



communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrate strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.
- Points can be used for Screening:
- Should have integration experience or development experience
- Should have ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SPM , HRSD , CMDB experience or very good knowledge
- Should have Incident management or Change management experience
