Job Summary

We're looking for a dynamic and imaginative Video Editor to join our fast-paced ad agency. You'll be responsible for turning raw footage into scroll-stopping visual stories that connect with audiences and elevate brand campaigns. From social media ads to TVCs, you'll bring ideas to life through your editing craft.

Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality ad films, digital campaigns, and social media videos with strong storytelling flow
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, cinematographers, and designers
- Add visual effects, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics as per the campaign brief
- Maintain the agency's creative standards - sharp, fresh, and emotionally resonant edits
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while ensuring consistency and creativity
- Stay updated on current trends, formats, and editing styles used in ads and branded content
- Deliver final exports optimized for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta, OTT, etc.)

Qualifications Requirements




- Minimum 1-2.5 years of experience as a Video Editor in an ad agency or creative studio.
- Minimum 2.5-4 years of experience as a Video Editor in an ad agency or creative studio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related tools
- Solid grasp of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling in short-form videos
- Keen sense of visual composition, color grading, and audio balance
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver visually impactful edits
- Attention to detail with strong time management skills
- Portfolio/showreel showcasing ad or brand film work is mandatory

Preferred Skills
- Experience in motion graphics, text animation, or visual effects
- Knowledge of shoot planning, camera workflows, and color correction
- Passion for new media, pop culture, and viral ad trends
