Grassroots Solutions and Services is hiring Customer Support Executives in Bangalore
Location: Vasant Nagar, Bangalore
Work Mode: Work From Office
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹19,500 CTC per month
Experience: Freshers welcome
Qualification: Any qualification considered
Week Off: Rotational
Shift Timings
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
or
6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
or
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Requirements
- English & Kannada communication is mandatory
- Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Provide accurate information and suitable solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain proper records and follow company processes
- Work towards individual and team goals
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
