Job Description :
- Define and execute the AI & Automation roadmap.
- Identify repetitive, high-volume and control-sensitive processes suitable for automation.
- Design scalable AI, automation, integration and data architectures.
- Develop production-ready AI applications, copilots, assistants, agents and retrieval systems.
- Work with LLMs, Machine Learning and NLP for document search, reconciliations, reporting and workflow automation.
- Design end-to-end workflow automation and approval processes.
- Automate finance processes such as reconciliations, trial-balance handoffs, tax workflows, approvals and audit trails.




- Develop integrations between different business systems using APIs.
- Build reusable automation components and move solutions from POC/prototype to production.
- Establish standards for testing, deployment, monitoring, documentation and change control.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Compliance and Client Service teams.
