- Urgently hire and onboard employees as per company's immediate requirements
- Strategic Partner: Align human resources strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success

- Change Agent: Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to enhance efficiency and culture

Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing
- Develop job descriptions and post vacancies
- Source, interview, and select qualified candidates
- Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth induction process
Employee Relations
- Mediate conflicts and resolve workplace disputes
- Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture
- Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Performance Management
- Design and oversee performance appraisal systems




- Provide feedback and coaching to employees for career development
- Identify and address performance gaps
Training and Development
- Assess training needs and create professional development programs
- Facilitate workshops and courses to upskill employees
- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives
Compensation and Benefits
- Design and manage salary structures, bonuses, and incentive programs
- Oversee employee advantages programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans
- Conduct benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices
Compliance and Legal
